摘 要:目的研究草石蚕水提取物对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法将雄性昆明小鼠随机分成4组,分别是空白对照组、草石蚕水提取物低剂量组(200 mg/kg)、中剂量组(400 mg/kg)和高剂量组(800 mg/kg),连续灌胃给药14 d。考察草石蚕水提取物对小鼠负重游泳的持续时间及小鼠不负重游泳60 min后的肌糖原(MG)、肝糖原(LG)、血清中的乳酸(BLA)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等生化指标的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,草石蚕水提取物能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.01或P<0.05),并能提高小鼠运动后MG和LG水平、LDH活性及降低BLA含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论草石蚕水提取物具有抗疲劳作用。Objective To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of aqueous extract from Stachys sieboldii Miq.in mice.Methods The male KM mice were randomly divided into four groups:blank control group,aqueous extract from Stachys sieboldii Miq.low dose group(200 mg/kg),medium dose group(400 mg/kg)and high dose group(800 mg/kg).All mice were administered by gavage for 14 consecutive days.The weight-loaded swimming time of mice and muscle glycogen(MG),liver glycogen(LG),blood lactic acid(BLA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the mice after 60 min of weightless swimming were measured.Results The aqueous extract from Stachys sieboldii Miq.could increase the weight-loaded swimming time of mice,which was significantly different from that of blank control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The aqueous extract from Stachys sieboldii Miq.could increase the levels of MG and LG,the activity of LDH and reduce the content of BLA in mice after exercise(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The aqueous extract from Stachys sieboldii Miq.has anti-fatigue effect.
