石菖蒲复方的临床应用研究概况

摘　　要：石菖蒲为开窍类中草药之一,自古被认为是心经、肝经之良药,具有开窍豁痰、醒神益智、化湿开胃等功效。现代药理学研究表明,石菖蒲具有多种药理作用,用于治疗中枢神经系统疾病、心血管系统疾病等。在临床应用上,石菖蒲常配伍其他中药治疗阿尔茨海默病、焦虑、抑郁症和耳聋耳鸣等。本文回顾近年石菖蒲复方文献,对其临床应用方面作系统综述,并总结常用的经典石菖蒲复方,为其临床合理应用提供参考。Acorus tatarinowii Schott is one kind of Chinese herbal drug for inducing resuscitation.It has been regarded as a good medicine for the heart and liver channels from ancient times.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Acorus tatarinowii Schott has a variety of significant pharmacological effects.It can treat various diseases such as central nervous diseases and cardiovascular diseases.In clinical application,Acorus tatarinowii Schott is often used in combination with other drugs to treat Alzheimer’s disease,anxiety,depression,tinnitus,deafness,etc.This article reviews literature about herbal compound prescriptions of Acorus tatarinowii Schott in recent years,and summarizes their clinical application and the commonly used classic compound prescriptions of Acorus tatarinowii Schott,in order to provide references for its rational clinical application.
