乐山市建筑用砂石矿产资源规划的建议

摘　　要：为保障矿产资源需求、促进矿产资源高效利用,通过收集整合乐山市建筑用砂石矿资源现状及开发利用情况资料,分析了乐山市砂石矿资源供需并提出规划设想与建议。研究结果显示,乐山市主要有石灰岩、玄武岩、白云岩、砂岩等建筑用砂石矿。“十四五”期间,砂石矿现保有的资源量加上计划新增的砂石资源量基本满足规划期资源所需。按2019年实际产量,建筑用石灰岩与玄武岩将完全不能满足规划期内资源年需求量,其他矿种供需基本平衡。“十四五”期间及未来五年,建议扩大建筑用石灰岩和建筑用玄武岩的实际生产规模,小型矿山到期关闭不再延续或进行整合扩能,增设大中型矿山或集中开采区。开展建筑用砂石矿规划专题研究,能为乐山市第四轮矿产资源规划(2021-2025)提供参考,保障“十四五”期间及未来五年社会经济发展对建筑用砂石矿资源的需求。By collecting and integrating the present situation and development and utilization of sand and gravel resources in LeshanCity,the supply and demand of sand and gravel resources in Leshan City are analyzed and the planning ideas and suggestions are presented.The results show that Leshan City mainly has limestone,basalt,dolomite,sandstone and other building sand mines.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the amount of sand and stone resources currently retained in the mine and the amount of sand and stone resources planned to be added basically meet the resource requirements in the planning period.According to the actual production in 2019,the building limestone and basalt will be completely unable to meet the annual demand of resources in the planning period,and the supply and demand of other minerals will be basically balanced.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period and in the next five years,it is suggested to expand the actual production scale of building limestone and building basalt,close small mines when they expire and no longer extend or integrate and expand capacity,and add large and medium-sized mines or centralized mining areas.To carry out the special research on the planning of building sand and gravel mine can provide reference for the fourth round of mineral resources planning of Leshan City(2021-2025),and ensure the demand for architectural sand and gravel resources for social and economic development during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period and in the next five years.
