摘 要:介绍常见废活性炭再生方法的基本原理和优缺点,对应用最为广泛的废活性炭再生技术——热解法的热化学过程原理进行重点介绍,并总结了热解再生需重视的关键问题。针对废活性炭集中再生技术研究中普遍存在的实验研究与工程应用脱节以及热解再生机理研究薄弱的情况,提出了废活性炭再生技术研究及工业化应用方面的建议。This paper introduces the basic principles,advantages and disadvantages of common regeneration methods of waste activated carbon,focuses on the principle of thermochemical process of pyrolysis method,the most widely used regeneration technology of waste activated carbon,and summarizes the key problems that should be paid attention to in pyrolysis regeneration.In response to the common disconnect between experimental research and engineering application,as well as the weak research on pyrolysis regeneration mechanism in the research of centralized regeneration technology for waste activated carbon,suggestions for the research and industrial application of waste activated carbon regeneration technology are proposed.
