摘　　要：聚丙烯生产装置挤压造粒系统颗粒水箱粉末的产生是聚丙烯生产过程中的难题。对聚丙烯生产装置挤压造粒系统颗粒水箱细粉较多的原因进行分析,认为原因主要在于切刀、颗粒水温度、模板温度以及挤压造粒机筒体排气系统等方面,并提出了相应的控制措施。The generation of particle water tank powder in the extrusion granulation system of polypropylene production equipment is a difficult problem in the polypropylene production process.The reason for the large amount of fine powder in the particle water tank of the polypropylene production equipment extrusion granulation system is analyzed,and it is believed that the main reasons are the temperature of the cutting blade,particle water,template temperature,and the exhaust system of the extrusion granulation machine cylinder.Corresponding control measures are proposed.
