摘  要:换热器在运行时受介质作用力、温差应力、振动及腐蚀等作用,常发生换热管与管板连接接头失效泄露事故。胀接是换热器制造的重点工序,提高胀接质量是提高换热器管头强度和密封性能的有效途径。在普遍采用的液压胀接中,胀紧压力值的合理选取对换热管与管板接头的质量起着决定性的作用。本文结合实际胀管评定试验对胀紧压力计算程序,胀管评定试样数据测量、统计、分析和取值原则,胀管评定剖切试样判定要点,拉脱试验评定方式及液压压力试验评定方法进行分析。During the operation of heat exchanger,due to the action of medium force,temperature difference stress,vibration and corrosion,it is easy to cause the failure and leakage accident of the joint of heat exchange tube and tubeplate.Expanding joint is the key process of heat exchanger manufacturing.Improving the quality of expanding joint is an effective way to improve the strength and sealing performance of heat exchanger tube head.In the widely used hydraulic expansion joint,the reasonable selection of expansion pressure value plays a decisive role in the quality of the tube and tube-plate joint.Based on the actual tube expanding evaluation test,the calculation procedure of bulging pressure,the principle of data measurement,statistics,analysis and value of tube expanding evaluation sample,the key points of tube expanding evaluation sample cutting,the evaluation method of pull test and the evaluation method of hydraulic pressure test are analyzed and demonstrated.
