国医大师张大宁教授运用补肾活血降浊排毒法治疗慢性肾脏病性皮肤瘙痒症微探

摘　　要：国医大师张大宁教授在慢性肾脏病治疗方面有独到的治疗方法与经验,认为慢性肾脏病的总体病机为肾虚血瘀,湿浊内生,并巧妙地提出了补肾活血、降浊排毒的治疗方法。在中医治病求本、整体观念的原则指导下,张教授治疗慢性肾脏病性皮肤瘙痒症也取得了一定疗效,能够在改善慢性肾脏病的基础上进一步改善皮肤瘙痒的症状。文章将对张教授治疗慢性肾脏病性皮肤瘙痒症进行微探,并附病案二则,以供同道参考借鉴。ZHANG Daning,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,has unique treatment methods and experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.He believes that the overall pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and endogenous dampness turbid,and cleverly proposes the treatment method of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation and reducing turbidity and detoxifying.Guided by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine-causal treatment and overall concept,Professor ZHANG has also achieved certain efficacy in treating pruritus of chronic kidney disease and can further improve the symptoms of pruritus based on the improvement of chronic kidney disease.In this article,the authors micro-explore the treatment of chronic renal disease pruritus by ZHANG Daning,the master of Chinese medicine,and attach two cases for the reference to clinician.
