摘　　要：基于对“少阳主枢”“三焦气化”理论的溯源与思考,探讨“疏利少阳三焦”学术思想内涵,总结“疏利少阳法”的确立及临床实践进展,并结合“三焦辨证”理论拓展“少阳三焦”的含义,临证以“疏利三焦法”“疏利三焦针法”辨治肾脏病,关注疾病的传变规律,以期为中医药在肾脏病辨证体系中的传承与发展寻找新的思路与方法。Based on the traceability and thinking of the theory of“Shaoyang resembling a pivot”and“Sanjiao qi transformation”,this paper discusses the connotation of the academic thought of“smoothing Shaoyang Sanjiao”,summarizes the establishment and clinical practice progress of“smoothing Shaoyang method”,and expands the meaning of“Shaoyang San jiao”by combining with the theory of“San jiao syndrome differentiation”.In clinical practice,“smoothing Sanjiao method”and“smoothing Sanjiao acupuncture method”are used to treat kidney diseases,and the law of disease transmission is paid attention to,so as to find new ideas and methods for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the syndrome differentiation system of kidney diseases.
