从“脾肾亏虚,邪伏肾络”探讨特发性膜性肾病的发病及防治

摘　　要：特发性膜性肾病是临床的常见病,30%~40%的患者可最终进展为终末期肾病,常隐匿起病,病情反复发作,缠绵难愈,治疗难度大。文章从伏邪理论出发,基于伏邪基本特性,结合特发性膜性肾病的发病原因与临床特点,认为伏邪贯穿整个特发性膜性肾病的病程,提出“脾肾亏虚,邪伏肾络”为其核心病机,确立“健脾益肾,祛邪通络”的基本治则。Idiopathic membranous nephropathy is a common clinical disease,and 30%to 40%of the patients can eventually progress to end-stage renal disease.Often hidden disease,the disease is repeated attacks,lingering difficult to heal,treatment is difficult.This research team starts from the theory of fu evil,based on the basic characteristics of fu evil,combined with the cause of idiopathic membranous kidney disease and clinical characteristics,think fu evil throughout the course of the idiopathic membranous kidney disease,put forward“spleen kidney deficiency,evil kidney collaterals”as its core pathogenesis,establish“spleen kidney,dispel evil through collaterals”basic rule.
