摘　　要：心肌肥厚是心脏由于压力或容量超负荷引起的心肌细胞异常增大,进而影响心脏的基因转录、蛋白合成、代谢、氧化应激、自噬等通路,最终导致慢性心力衰竭。中医药在心血管疾病预防、治疗、康复等方面具有独特优势,中医辨证能更全面、更深刻、更正确地反映疾病的本质,文章综述心肌肥厚的4种中医证型,气虚血瘀证、痰瘀互结证、气阴两虚证、阳虚水泛证及其发病机制,以及中药对心肌肥厚辨证施治的研究进展,以期为临床上防治心肌肥厚提供新思路。Myocardial hypertrophy is an abnormal enlargement of cardiomyocytes caused by pressure or volume overload in the heart,which in turn affects the cardiac pathways of gene transcription,protein synthesis,metabolism,oxidative stress and autophagy,ultimately leading to chronic heart failure.This paper reviews the four types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)evidence of myocardial hypertrophy,namely qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,qi and yin deficiency,and yang deficiency and water flooding,and their pathogenesis,as well as the research progress of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of myocardial hypertrophy.In the hope of providing new ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of myocardial hypertrophy.
