摘  要:分别将5种新型柠康酰亚胺基粘合功能助剂(BCDB,BCH,BCmB,BIB和BCpB)(简称:功能助剂)加入NR-镀铜钢丝粘合配方胶料中,研究了功能助剂对NR胶料硫化特性、力学性能、热空气老化性能和NR-镀铜钢丝粘合性能的影响。结果表明,与对比样配方1#胶料相比,加入功能助剂可使其胶料正硫化时间延长,交联密度提高,多硫键比例下降;硫化胶力学性能、热空气老化性能和NR-镀铜钢丝粘合性能得到改善。N,N′-对苯撑双柠康酰亚胺(BCpB)对NR-镀铜钢丝粘合强度的提高最为显著;与对比样配方1#胶料相比,该胶料粘合强度提高了21.5%。Novel citraconicimide functional additives with different structures were applied in the formulation of NR-brass-plated steel cord adhesive compounds.The results show that the citraconimide adhesive functional additive prolongs the curing time of the rubber compounds,increases the crosslinking density,and reduces the ratio of polysulfide bonds.The adhesion properties of the rubber and brass-plated steel cord are improved.Among them,N,N'-p-phenylene bis-citraconic imide(BCpB)has the most significant improvement in adhesion strength,which is 21.5%higher than that of the control group.
