摘 要:以自动化立体仓库中堆垛机的存取货物的先后顺序作为研究对象,为提高堆垛机的工作效率,以缩短总工作时间为目标,对货位的状态进行编码,货物的操作时间作为约束条件,建立货位优选模型,对货物在立体仓库中存取的顺序进行优化.之后研究了该模型的Tabu搜索算法的实现过程,最后编程求解.实验结果分析表明:改进后的算法收敛效果大幅提升,可快速找出更高质量的解.Taking the automated stacker crane in a three-dimensional warehouse as the focal point of study,the research aims to enhance the efficiency of the stacker crane and minimize the overall operational time.The encoding of storage location statuses,coupled with the imposition of constraints based on goods handling durations,allows for the development of an optimized storage location model.The model effectively optimizes the sequence of goods retrieval and storage within the three-dimensional warehouse.Furthermore,the implementation process of the Tabu search algorithm for the specific model is thoroughly investigated,followed by its successful programming and problem-solving.Experimental analysis reveals a significant improvement in convergence efficacy brought about by the refined algorithm,enabling rapid identification of higher-quality solutions.
