摘 要:针对分布式光伏大规模接入配电网后,其发电间歇性、随机性等特点给配电网电能质量、负荷用电带来的安全问题,提出了一种光储一体机并网点电压控制策略,该策略主要通过控制光伏组件按需要向储能蓄电池进行充电,并通过DC/AC变换器输出满足标准要求的交流电能与电网进行能量交换.旨在有效平滑光伏发电波动和降低光伏发电对配电网冲击的同时,提高负荷用电可靠性.After large-scale distributed photovoltaic(PV)is connected to the distribution network,its intermittence and randomness of power generation will bring safety problems to the power quality and load consumption of the distribution network.A voltage control strategy for connecting point of optical storage system is proposed.The strategy mainly controls photovoltaic modules to charge storage batteries as required,and outputs AC electric energy meeting the standard requirements to the power grid through DC/AC converter.It aims to effectively smooth the fluctuation of photovoltaic power generation and reduce the impact of photovoltaic power generation on the distribution network,while improving the reliability of load power consumption.
