摘 要:瓜蒌薤白白酒汤源于汉代张仲景所著《金匮要略》,具有通阳散结、豁痰下气之功效,是治疗胸痹之名方。该文简述瓜蒌薤白白酒汤的古代应用情况,从化学成分、药理作用及临床应用等方面综述其现代研究成果,并基于中药质量标志物(Q-marker)“五原则”预测分析瓜蒌薤白白酒汤的Q-marker。预测瓜蒌薤白白酒汤的Q-marker主要为3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇、槲皮素、芹菜素、薤白皂苷J、腺苷,可为完善瓜蒌薤白白酒汤的质量体系研究提供参考,以助推经典名方的研究。Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction originated from synopsis of the Jinkui Yaolue(Essentials from the Golden Cabinet)written by ZHANG Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty.It has the effect of activating yang and dissipating mass,eliminating phlegm and relieving qi,and it is a famous prescription for the treatment of chest obstruction.In the paper,the textual research in ancient times of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction was described,the modern research was summarized from chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application,and the quality marker(Q-marker)of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction was predicted and analyzed by“five principles”.The results showed that the main Q-marker of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction was 3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol,quercetin,apigenin,macrostemonoside J and adenosine.This study provides a reference for the follow-up establishment of a complete quality system of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction.Our aim is to boost the research of classic formula.
