摘 要:目的评价非小细胞肺癌药物治疗相关中文网页类患者教育材料的科普价值,包括质量、适用性和可读性。方法以非小细胞肺癌药物治疗(化疗、免疫治疗和靶向治疗)为关键词,在国内3种主要搜索引擎(百度、必应、搜狗)中进行搜索,利用质量(DISCERN)、适用性(Suitability Assessment of Materials,SAM)、可读性(Chinese Readability Index Explorer,CRIE)评价工具进行评价。结果每个搜索关键词约能获得3000万的搜索结果,根据纳排标准最后共纳入41个中文网页。网页质量DISCERN得分平均数为37.44,适用性SAM得分平均数为35.73%。可读性评价结果显示,中文网页总体可读性超出高中毕业年级水平,表明这些中文网页阅读难度较高。结论网页患者教育材料总体质量和适用性水平较低,阅读难度高,对非小细胞肺癌患者的科普教育价值低。医务人员可参考本研究的结论和建议,应加强科普教育工作,为非小细胞肺癌患者提供高质量的网页类科普教育信息。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality,suitability,and readability of web-based patient education materials related to drug therapy for non-small cell lung cancer.METHODS Three drug treatments for non-small cell lung cancer(chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and targeted therapy)were searched in three common search engines(Baidu,Bing,Sogou).Validated tools were used to evaluate the quality(DISCERN),suitability(suitability assessment of materials,SAM),and readability(Chinese Readability Index Explorer,CRIE)of websites.RESULTS About 30 million search results were obtained for each search term,and a total of 41 Chinese websites were selected.The average score of websites DISCERN was 37.44,and the average score of SAM was 35.73%.The results of readability evaluation showed that the readability of Chinese websites was beyond the high school graduation level,indicating the websites were difficult to read.CONCLUSION The quality and suitability of web-based patient education materials are poor,and the websites are difficult to read.There is little educational value for patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Medical personnel can refer to the conclusions and recommendations of this study,and provide high-quality web-based patient education material for patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
