冠脉内支架置入在急性心肌梗死治疗中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的浅析急性心肌梗死治疗过程中,应用冠脉内支架置入术干预的价值。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月巨野县人民医院心内一科收治的72例急性心肌梗塞患者为研究对象,按照正态分布原则划分为对照组(接受裸支架治疗)和观察组(接受洗脱支架治疗),各36例,观察其应用价值。结果观察组住院时间为(25.86±1.63)d,短于对照组,左室射血分数为(50.04±7.96)%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.623、5.042,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率相比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率相比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量相比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死应用冠脉内支架置入术治疗的效果确切,可进一步提升临床治疗效果。Objective To analyze the value of intracoronary stenting in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction in Department of Cardiology I of Juye County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research samples.According to the principle of normal distribution,they were divided into the control group(treated with bare stents)and the observation group(treated with eluting stents),with a sample size of 36 cases in each group.Observation on its application value.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was(25.86±1.63)d,which was shorter than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was(50.04±7.96)%,which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.623,5.042,P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in each group was evaluated by the SF-36 scale,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intracoronary stenting in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is definite,which can further improve the clinical treatment effect.
