摘 要:目的探讨冠心病节段性室壁运动异常(regional wall motion abnormality,RWMA)应用心脏超声诊断的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月菏泽市中医医院收治的冠心病RWMA患者80例。所有患者均接受心脏冠脉造影诊断与心脏超声诊断,比较两组诊断准确率。结果冠脉造影术诊断冠心病RWMA准确率88.75%(71/80),心脏超声诊断冠心病RWMA准确率为97.50%(78/80),心脏超声诊断冠心病RWMA的准确率高于冠脉造影术,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=63.342,P<0.05)。结论冠心病RWMA应用心脏超声诊断,在诊断准确率上与心脏冠脉造影比较,其诊断准确率更高。Objective To explore the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of regional wall motion abnormality(RWMA)in coronary heart disease.Methods 80 cases of RWMA patients with coronary heart disease treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.All patients underwent coronary angiography and echocardiography.The diagnostic accuracy was compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy rate of coronary angiography in diagnosing coronary heart disease RWMA was 88.75%(71/80),while the accuracy rate of echocardiography in diagnosing coronary heart disease RWMA was 97.50%(78/80).The accuracy rate of echocardiography in diagnosing coronary heart disease RWMA was higher than that of coronary angiography,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=63.342,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cardiac angiography,the diagnostic accuracy of RWMA for coronary heart disease using echocardiography is higher.
