自拟止泻汤对早泄患者的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析自拟止泻汤对早泄患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月江阴市中医院收治的60例早泄患者为研究对象,以单双号方式分为两组,各30例。将西药治疗用于对照组、联合自拟止泻汤治疗用于观察组,比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分等临床指标的改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28例)高于对照组的73.33%(22例),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,CIPE-10评分、IELT值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.148、13.667、3.188,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论自拟止泻汤用于治疗早泄具有较好的效果,用药后患者病情减轻,性功能及性生活质量显著改善,并且无严重不良反应发生,用药安全可靠。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of self-made anti-diarrheal decoction on patients with premature ejaculation.Methods Sixty patients with premature ejaculation admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by odd-even number,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine was used in the control group and the self-prepared antidiarrheal decoction was used in the observation group.The efficacy,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and other clinical indicators before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment effective rate of observation group was 93.33%(28 cases)higher than that of control group 73.33%(22 cases),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in clinical indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while CIPE-10 score and IELT value of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.148,13.667,3.188,P<0.05).In the two groups compare the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Self formulated anti diarrhea decoction has a good effect on treating premature ejaculation.After medication,the patient's condition alleviates,sexual function and quality of life significantly improve,and there are no serious adverse reactions.The medication is safe and reliable.
