摘　　要：大部分髁上骨折是稳定性骨折,少部分骨折属不稳定性骨折,稳定性骨折通过整复石膏托固定,不稳定性骨折必须通过手术治疗。髁上骨折手术治疗目前有手法整复克氏针固定和手术开放复位克氏针固定,但对于肱骨髁上粉碎性骨折或较大儿童骨折克氏针固定稳定性欠牢固,需要更坚强内固定方式才能解决,因此如何选择有效的内固定方式手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上不稳定性骨折是临床面临的问题。现将儿童不稳定性髁上骨折手术治疗进展汇总如下。Most supracondylar fractures are stable fractures,while a few fractures are unstable fractures.Stable fractures are fixed with a plaster cast,and unstable fractures must be treated surgically.Surgical treatment of supracondylar fractures currently includes manual reduction and Kirschner wire fixation and open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation.However,for comminuted supracondylar fractures of the humerus or the lack of stability of Kirschner wire fixation for older fractures in children,a stronger internal fixation method is needed to solve it.Therefore,how to choose an effective internal fixation method for surgical treatment of unstable supracondylar humerus fractures in children is a clinical problem.The progress of surgical treatment of unstable supracondylar fractures in children is summarized as follows.
