摘　　要：中共中央、国务院于2016年印发了《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,正式将国民健康问题提到了一个全新高度。当前,在科技与经济发展水平不断提高的同时,也推进我国现代医疗水平获得了显著提升,然而不可否认的是,我国医疗行业的发展忽视了其均衡性要求,在康复医疗领域并未引起相应必要重视,以至于造成“重治疗、轻康复”的普遍现象。有鉴于此,为进一步提高并改善国家医疗工作,还亟需加强康复医疗服务体系的建设,以更好地满足广大群众日益增长的健康服务需求,提高我国整体医疗的现代化、服务化水平。The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the"Healthy China 2030"Plan Outline in 2016,officially raising the national health issue to a new level.At present,while the level of science and technology and economic development has been continuously improved,China's modern medical level has also been significantly improved.However,it is undeniable that the development of China's medical industry has ignored its balanced requirements,and has not caused the corresponding necessary attention in the field of rehabilitation medicine,which has led to the common phenomenon of"emphasizing treatment and neglecting rehabilitation".In view of this,in order to further improve and improve the national medical work,also urgently need to strengthen the construction of the rehabilitation medical service system,so as to better meet the growing demand for health services of the masses and improve the modernization and service level of China's overall medical care.
