摘 要:建筑损伤入户调查是房屋检测中的重要检测内容。基于既有房屋损伤检测的现场业务工作流程和报告编制方法,研发由以损伤现场检测为主的APP和以报告编制为主的Web系统组成的既有房屋损伤检测数字化系统,实现了既有建筑损伤便捷快速的信息采集、多人协同和云端同步及损伤报告的自动生成,并通过某工程1~9号楼房屋损伤现场检测进行实践应用。研究结果表明,应用自主研发的既有房屋损伤检测数字化系统可提高房屋损伤检测效率,减少内业处理时间,缩短损伤检测报告周期,有利于房屋检测行业数字化转型。The household survey of building damage is an important part of the building inspection.Based on the on-site business workflow and report preparation method of the existing building damage detection,a digital system for existing building damage detection composed of APP for on-site damage detection and Web system for report preparation have been developed to realize the convenient and rapid information collection,multi-person collaboration,cloud synchronization and automatic generation of damage report of the existing building damage.The application practice has been carried out through the actual building site detection of buildings 1~9 in a project.The research results show that the application of the damage detection digital system developed in this paper can greatly improve the efficiency of building damage detection,reduce the time of office work processing,shorten the damage detection report cycle,and help the digital transformation of the building detection industry.
