摘  要:河北省某住宅楼采用掏土迫降方式进行纠偏,采用数值模拟方法对掏土迫降纠偏施工过程中建筑物变形特性进行研究,并对掏土孔间距及长度的影响进行分析。研究结果表明,掏土迫降纠偏施工前,可通过数值模拟方法对纠偏过程中建筑物变形特性进行分析;可在建筑物原有筏板基础外围打设1排钻孔灌注桩,并在CFG桩桩顶拓展筏板基础,新旧筏板基础通过植筋方式相连,达到预期加固效果;掏土迫降纠偏施工过程中,当掏土孔间距>2.0m时,可适当提高施工速度;当掏土孔间距<2.0m时,应严格控制施工速度,同时加密监测建筑物变形情况;掏土迫降纠偏施工过程中,掏土孔长度应≤75%的掏土方向基础长度。A residential building in Hebei Province needs to be rectified by soil landing deviation rectification construction,numerical simulation method is used to study the deformation characteristics of buildings in the process of soil landing deviation rectification construction,and the influence of digging out soil hole spacing and length is analyzed in depth.The research results show that the deformation characteristics of buildings in the process of rectifying a deviation can be analyzed by numerical simulation before soil landing deviation rectification construction.A row of bored cast-in-place piles can be set up around the original raft foundation of the building.The raft foundation is expanded on the top of CFG pile,and the new and old raft foundations are connected by planting bars to achieve the expected reinforcement effect.In the process of soil landing deviation rectification construction,when the digging out soil holespacing is more than 2.0m,the construction speed can be appropriately increased.When the digging out soil holespacing is less than 2.0m,the construction speed should be strictly controlled,and the deformation of the building should be closely monitored.In the process of soil landing deviation rectification construction,the length of the digging out soil holeshould not exceed 75%of the foundation length in the digging out soil direction.
