摘 要:以亚太森博如皋工厂工程为依托,对预应力混凝土管桩、劲性复合桩桩基方案技术与经济指标、施工可行性和质量可检性进行对比分析,并开展成桩工艺性试验。考虑施工工期、材料供应等因素,确定该工程采用劲性复合桩桩基方案。在劲性复合桩施工过程中,通过对水泥喷入量、水泥土搅拌均匀性、外桩与芯桩同心度偏差、垂直度偏差的关联施工参数进行有效管控,保证桩基施工质量。On the basis of Aisa Symbol Rugao Factory Project,the technical and economic indicators,construction feasibility and quality checkability of prestressed concrete pipe pile and stiffened deep-cement-mixing pile were comparative analyzed,the pile-forming test was carried out.The final pile foundation scheme was determined after considering the construction period,material supply and other factors,which is the stiffened deep-cement-mixing pile.In the construction process,the quality of pile foundation engineering was ensured through implementing effective process management of the related four-indicator construction parameters,such as cement injection amount,soil-cement material stirring uniformity,concentricity deviation and verticality deviation of the soil-cementcolumn and pile core.
