摘 要:宗村大桥主桥为下承式钢箱提篮拱桥,横跨已拓宽为Ⅲ级内河航道的芜申运河,因交通繁忙,现场不具备设置水中墩及长时间封航条件。对宗村大桥主桥采用的少支架大节段吊装方案及施工关键技术进行研究,为内河航道钢箱提篮拱桥施工提供可行方案。大节段吊装施工可划分为拱脚段、桥面系主系梁及纵横梁体系安装和上部拱肋结构安装,施工验算及数值模拟分析结果均表明主桥采用的少支架大节段吊装方案满足施工要求。Main bridge of Zongcun Bridge is a through steel-box X-style arch bridge,crossing the Wushen Canal,which has been widened into Ⅲ inland waterway.Due to the heavy traffic,the site does not have the conditions to set piers in the water and seal the navigation for a long time.Taking the construction of main bridge of Zongcun Bridge as an example,this paper studies a large segments hoisting scheme with few supports and its key technologies of construction,providing a feasible scheme for the construction of steel-box X-style arch bridge in inland waterway.The large segments hoisting construction is divided into the installation of arch foot section,main beam of bridge deck system,vertical and horizontal beam system and the installation of upper arch rib structure.Construction checking calculation and numerical simulation analysis results show that the large segments hoisting scheme with few supports meets the construction requirements.
