摘 要:在总结秸秆粉煤灰混凝土材料力学性能影响因素的基础上,结合已有轻质墙体条板工程应用中的问题,考虑固体废弃物循环再利用,提出秸秆粉煤灰预制条板结构。对条板生产工艺及成型质量进行分析,开展条板承载性能试验,通过对预制条板进行有限元模拟分析,得到不同板长对预制条板抗弯性能的影响规律。针对预制条板细部构造及连接存在的问题提出解决方案,并基于墙板整体连接构造提出相关构造措施。研究结果表明,秸秆粉煤灰预制条板具有良好的抗弯承载性能,且开裂状态到极限状态之间存在较大的缓冲空间,有利于提高结构的安全性。Based on the summary of the factors affecting the mechanical properties of straw fly ash concrete materials,combined with the problems in the engineering application of existing lightweight wall strips,considering the recycling of solid waste,this paper proposes a straw fly ash prefabricated strip structure.The production process and forming quality of the strip were analyzed,and the bearing performance test of the strip was carried out.Through the finite element simulation analysis of the prefabricated strip,the influence of different strip lengths on the bending resistance of the prefabricated strip was obtained.The solutions to the problems existing in the detailed structure and connection of prefabricated strip are put forward,and the relevant structural measures are put forward for the overall connection structure of wallboard.The research results show that the straw fly ash prefabricated strip has good flexural bearing capacity,and there is a large buffer space between the cracking state and the limit state,which is beneficial to improve the safety of the structure.
