摘  要:结合西安咸阳国际机场三期扩建工程东航站楼北指廊钢结构屋盖施工,介绍了北指廊分段施工技术,详细阐述了各北指廊分段施工划分、施工顺序、施工流程、施工安装分段参数及分段施工吊重分析等。北一指廊、北二指廊屋盖结构单榀钢屋架整体分为3段,托梁按柱距进行分段,其他连系钢梁等次构件自然分段。北三指廊中N3-1~N3-4区采用分段施工,根据屋盖结构受力特点,一、二级主桁架整体分为3段,托桁架按柱距进行分段,其他连系桁架等次构件自然分段。在最不利工况下,北一指廊、北二指廊、北三指廊分段施工吊重时履带式起重机塔式额定起重量(额定吊重)、吊臂最高点高度等参数满足规范要求。Combined with the steel structure roof construction of the east north finger corridor of the east terminal project phaseⅢexpansion project for Xi’an Xianyang International Airport,the section construction technology of the north finger corridor,the construction process of the section construction division,construction sequence,construction process,construction and installation section parameters and the section construction lifting weight analysis are introduced in detail.The single steel truss of the roof structure of the N1 finger corridor and the N2 finger corridor is divided into three sections,joists are segmented according to column distance,and other components such as steel beams are segmented naturally.The N3-1~N3-4 sections of the N3 finger corridor are constructed in sections.According to the stress characteristics of the roof structure,the first and second main trusses are divided into three sections,and the supporting trusses are segmented according to column distance.The other components such as trusses are naturally divided,and the rated lifting weight of crawler crane tower,the highest height of boom and other parameters meet the code when lifting weights are carried out in sections of the N1,N2,N3 finger corridor under the most unfavorable working conditions.
