摘  要:富阳科技馆平面造型形似1把折扇,采用竹骨折扇形管桁架钢屋盖,而钢屋盖效果需采用大跨度异形截面层叠交汇竹骨折扇形管桁架钢结构来支撑。由于竹骨折扇形科技馆在国内设计尚属首次,为规避钢结构设计与施工中不良情况发生,确保外观效果真实呈现,在项目方案比选、系统构造、深化设计、模拟计算、分段装配式吊装等阶段做到全面考虑。以富阳科技馆钢屋盖为工程背景,阐述设计依据及要求,详细介绍钢屋盖结构设计、计算及施工。The plan shape of Fuyang Science and Technology Museum is like a folding fan,and the steel roof of bamboo fracture fan-shaped tube truss is adopted,while the steel roof effect needs to be supported by the steel structure of large-span special-shaped section overlapping bamboo fracture fan-shaped tube truss.As the bamboo fracture fan-shaped science and technology museum is designed for the first time in China,in order to avoid the occurrence of adverse conditions in the design and construction of steel structures and ensure the safe and true presentation of the appearance effect,comprehensive consideration should be taken in the project scheme comparison and selection,system structure,detailed design,simulation calculation,and segmental assembly hoisting.Taking the steel roof of Fuyang Science and Technology Museum as the project background,the design basis and requirements is expounded,and the structural design,calculation and construction of the steel roof are expounded in detail.
