摘　　要：传染病医院设计标准是传染病医院建设的直接依据,而香港地区广泛学习国际高水平医院建设经验,使用国际医院设计标准。通过将内地传染病医院建筑设计标准与香港地区使用的相关设计标准进行对比,重点讨论两地所用标准文件在编制思路、内容丰富度、布局与流线存在的差异,总结其中关于传染病医院设计思维、设计科学性和项目管理模式的优质做法,提出3点内地传染病医院建筑设计优化建议。The design standards of infectious disease hospitals are the direct basis for the construction of infectious disease hospitals,and Hong Kong region widely studies international high-level hospital construction experience and uses international hospital design standards.By comparing the architectural design standards of infectious disease hospitals in the mainland with those used in Hong Kong region,focusing on the differences of the standard documents used in the two places in three aspects:the compilation idea,the content richness,the layout and the streamline,it sums up the high-quality practices concerning the design thinking,scientific design and project management mode of the infectious disease hospital,and advances three suggestions on the optimization of the architectural design of the mainland infectious disease hospital.
