摘  要:装配式建造是建筑工业化的基本实现方式,但在施工现场其快速生产的优良特性并未得到完全显现。以现场实践为基础,通过总结装配式剪力墙结构主体的施工工艺流程,建立了施工进度影响因素的指标体系。针对传统层次分析法的不足,运用区间数层次分析法,对影响因素指标进行量化分析,通过重要度的计算和排序,来识别影响施工进度的关键因素,并提出相应的应对方法。通过实例验证,该方法合理有效,可操作性好,有利于科学指导装配式剪力墙结构的主体施工。Prefabricated construction is the basic way to realize building industrialization,but its excellent characteristics of rapid production have not been fully shown in the construction site.Based on the field practice,the indicator system of construction progress influencing factors is established by summarizing the construction process of the main body of the prefabricated shear wall structure.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional analytic hierarchy process,the interval number analytic hierarchy process is used to conduct quantitative analysis and importance ranking of the influencing factor indicators,so as to identify the key factors affecting the construction progress,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the example verification,this method is reasonable and effective,and has good operability,which is conducive to the scientific guidance of the main construction of the prefabricated shear wall structure.
