摘　　要：新型通风坡屋面系统为装配式正置屋面系统,集通风、防水、节能于一体,构造简单、施工便捷,能保障屋面质量、缩短工期并延长屋面系统使用寿命,与传统无通风层屋面系统相比优势显著。结合雄安新区雄东片区A单元安置房及配套设施项目瓦屋面工程,介绍新型通风坡屋面系统构造与节点做法,并总结快速安装关键技术。The new ventilated slope roofing system is a prefabricated orthotropic roofing system that integrates ventilation,waterproofing and energy saving,with simple structure and convenient construction,which can guarantee the quality of roofing,shorten the construction period and extend the service life of the roofing system,and has significant advantages compared with the traditional roofing system without ventilation layer.Combined with the tile roofing project of Xiongan East Area Unit A resettlement housing and supporting facilities project,the new ventilated slope roofing system structure and node practices are introduced,and the key technologies and operation points of rapid installation are summarized.
