摘 要:大跨空间结构的施工工序较复杂,往往在边界条件、荷载等因素下随施工过程发生变化,由此带来的影响不可忽略。以榆林市体育中心体育场的钢桁架屋盖结构为研究对象,采用MIDAS Gen有限元软件模拟其施工全过程,探讨施工过程中结构的各项力学性能,并与一次成型进行对比分析。结果表明,结构的最大应力和位移发生在CS9施工阶段,且施工过程分析的应力与位移大于一次成型的计算结果,并对支座反力进行分析讨论。各研究结果验证了有限元分析的合理性。The construction process of large⁃span spatial structures is complex,and often changes with the construction process under the boundary conditions,loads and other factors,and the resulting influence cannot be ignored.Taking the steel truss roof structure of the Yulin Sports Center Stadium as the research object,the MIDAS Gen finite element software is used to simulate the whole construction process,the mechanical properties of the structure during the construction process are discussed and compared with the one⁃time forming.The results show that the maximum stress and displacement of the structure occur in the CS9 construction stage,and the stress and displacement of the construction process analysis are greater than the calculation results of one⁃time forming,and the support of the support is analyzed and discussed.The results of each study verify the rationality of finite element analysis.
