高速带式输送机纵向振动作用下驱动滚筒辐板间距影响分析

摘　　要：采用Recurdyn多体动力学仿真软件对高速带式输送机进行仿真计算,得出带式输送机运行过程中驱动滚筒所受纵向振动载荷谱;利用Workbench软件对驱动滚筒进行参数化建模、网格划分、固定约束以及载荷谱施加,分析Harrision正弦速度启动方式下驱动滚筒的特性;改变滚筒辐板间距,分析不同辐板间距下驱动滚筒的力学特性。研究发现适量增大辐板间距可以有效降低滚筒所受最大应力,但辐板间距过大会使筒壳所受应力增大,在驱动滚筒设计时应综合考虑滚筒各部位的疲劳强度,选取合适的辐板间距;分别给出辐板间距与滚筒最大应力、辐板间距与筒壳最大应力的拟合曲线以及拟合公式,为带式输送机驱动滚筒的工程设计提供参考意义。The Recurdyn multi-body dynamics simulation software is used to simulate and calculate the high-speed belt conveyor,and the longitudinal vibration load spectrum of the driving drum during the operation of the belt conveyor is obtained;the Workbench software is used to parametrically model the driving drum,Grid division,fdixed constraint and load spectrum application are used to analyze the characteristics of the driving drum under the Harrision sinusoidal speed start mode;the drum web spacing is changed,and the mechanical characteristics of the driving drum under different web spacings are analyzed.The study found that increasing the web spacing by an appropriate amount can effectively reduce the maximum stress on the drum,but if the web spacing is too large,the stress on the drum shell will increase.When designing the driving drum,the fatigue strength of each part of the drum should be considered comprehensively,and a suitable one should be selected.Web spacing:The fitting curves and fitting formulas of the web spacing and the maximum stress of the drum,the web spacing and the maximum stress of the drum shell are respectively given,which provide a reference for the engineering design of the belt conveyor driving drum.
