摘 要:钻屑法是矿井中常用的动力灾害监测方法之一,为提高钻屑法在预测矿山动力灾害方面的准确度,对钻机动力参数与岩体的应力关系进行了研究,建立了钻杆力学分析模型,理论推导了扭矩、推力、转速等钻机动力参数与岩体应力的关系。利用相似材料模拟试验开展了不同岩体应力条件下的钻屑试验研究。结果表明:扭矩、推力、转速等钻机动力参数与岩体应力存在一一对应关系,钻机动力参数可以作为动力灾害的预警指标;钻杆推力和转速与岩体应力呈反比关系;钻杆扭矩与岩体应力呈正比关系。The drilling debris method is one of the commonly used dynamic disaster monitoring methods in mines.In order to improve the accuracy of the drilling debris method in predicting mine dynamic disasters,the relationship between the dynamic parameters of the drilling rig and the stress of the rock mass was studied.A mechanical analysis model of the drill pipe was established,and the relationship between the dynamic parameters of the drilling rig,such as torque,thrust,and speed,and the stress of the rock mass was theoretically derived.A simulation experiment using similar materials was conducted to study drilling cuttings under different rock stress conditions.The results indicate that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the dynamic parameters of the drilling rig,such as torque,thrust,and rotational speed,and the rock mass stress,indicating that the dynamic parameters of the drilling rig can be used as early warning indicators for dynamic disasters;The thrust and speed of the drill pipe are inversely proportional to the stress of the rock mass;The torque of the drill pipe is directly proportional to the stress of the rock mass.
