摘　　要：发动机是装甲装备的关键部件,当发动机表面受到一定磨损时,导致再制造件或再利用件的质量与新品件相比存在明显差异,造成发动机再制造装配过程中的不确定性,不同程度地影响了发动机再制造的装配质量。基于此,制定了发动机再制造工艺流程,在某型号发动机再制造实践基础上,分析了影响发动机再制造质量的主要因素,提出了相关质量的控制措施。通过采取有效的质量控制措施并在发动机再制造过程中进行了应用,使发动机再制造的质量得到了提升。The engine is a key component of armored equipment.When the surface is subjected to certain wear,there is a significant difference in the quality of remanufactured or reused parts compared to new products,resulting in uncertainty in the assembly process of engine remanufacturing and varying degrees of impact on the assembly quality of engine remanufacturing.Based on this,an engine remanufacturing process has been developed.Based on the remanufacturing practice of a certain model of engine,the main factors affecting the quality of engine remanufacturing have been analyzed,and relevant quality control measures have been proposed.By adopting effective quality control measures and applying them in the engine remanufacturing process,the quality of engine remanufacturing has been improved.
