摘 要:为了降低煤层开采后地表的下沉量,保护地面生态环境不被破坏,在传统后退式开采工艺的基础上,对其刮板输送机的结构及原理进行优化设计,使其具备充填开采功能。对充填式刮板输送机的启动过程进行了分析,然后对其主要结构(中部槽、升降平台等部件)展开了优化设计。工业性试验表明,整个充填开采过程运行流畅,对地表下沉量的控制也起到了很好的效果,有一定的应用价值。In order to reduce the amount of surface subsidence after coal seam mining and protect the surface ecological environment from being destroyed,the structure and principle of its scraper conveyor are optimized and designed on the basis of the traditional backward mining process,so that it has the function of filling mining.Firstly,the start-up process of the filling scraper conveyor is analyzed,and then the optimization design of its main structure(central trough,lifting platform and other components)is carried out.Finally,an industrial test was conducted,and it can be seen that the whole filling mining process runs smoothly and has a good effect on the control of surface subsidence,which has certain application value.
