摘　　要：为解决当前螺杆滚丝机送料和收料以人工为主,导致螺杆制造加工效率低、合格率低的问题,根据滚丝机的生产任务要求完成了传动部件、送料设备和收料设备的设计;分别完成了自动送料和收料设备的安装,并对其进行调试。对自动送料收料设备的应用效果进行评估,得出自动送料收料设备可提高产品质量、制造加工效率和降低作业人员劳动强度。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and low qualification rate in screw manufacturing and processing caused by the current manual feeding and receiving of screw rolling machines,the design of transmission components,feeding equipment,and receiving equipment has been completed according to the production task requirements of the rolling machine;Completed the installation and debugging of automatic feeding and receiving equipment respectively;Evaluate the application effect of automatic feeding and receiving equipment,and identify issues that can improve product quality,manufacturing and processing efficiency,and reduce labor intensity of operators.
