选煤厂煤泥水处理系统改造研究

摘　　要：应用煤泥离心机回收煤泥水处理中的煤泥,通过NG30耙式浓缩机代替原有斜管浓缩机,提升尾煤压滤机处理能力等措施,通过改造增强煤泥水处理效果及处理设备自动化程度。现场应用后,煤泥水处理系统处理能力更强以及自动化程度更高,煤泥水处理更为简单,可达到降低选煤厂介质消耗、提高煤泥水处理效果等目的,同时煤泥水处理系统可与其他洗选设备同步运行。改造后的煤泥水处理系统在运行效率、经济性等方面均表现出显著优势。The coal slurry water treatment in the coal slurry centrifuge is recycled,and the coal slurry water treatment effect and the automation of the treatment equipment are enhanced through the transformation by replacing the original inclined pipe thickener with NG30 rake thickener and upgrading the treatment capacity of the tailing coal filter press.After the field application,the coal sludge water treatment system has stronger processing capacity and higher degree of automation,and the coal sludge water treatment is simpler,which can achieve the purpose of reducing the media consumption of coal processing plant and improving the coal sludge water treatment effect,meanwhile,the coal sludge water treatment system can run synchronously with other washing equipment.The modified coal sludge water treatment system shows significant advantages in terms of operation efficiency and economy.
