摘  要:为了确保矿用提升机设备的安全稳定运行,设计一套天轮与滚筒故障监测系统。从整体结构设计,到传感监测装置的选型设计以及振动数据采集策略设定等方面,完成故障监测系统设计。经过现场测试应用发现,该系统适用性较强,监测精度较高。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of mining hoist equipment,a set of fault monitoring system for crown wheel and drum is designed.The design of the fault monitoring system is completed from the overall structure design,selection design of sensing monitoring devices,and setting of vibration data collection strategies.After on-site testing and application,it was found that the system has strong applicability and high monitoring accuracy.
