摘　　要：潞安化工集团铁路运营分公司以往采用防冻液人工喷洒的方式,存在覆盖面不均匀、喷洒效率低、质量不稳定、浪费量大等问题。针对这一情况,设计了铁路运煤车防冻液自动喷洒装置,在王庄煤矿装车站进行了实践应用,有效防止运煤车车皮结冰上冻事故的发生,还节省了人力、物力,降低了人员劳动强度,提高了煤炭装运效率,实现了“零冻车”目标。The Railway Operation Branch of Lu'an Chemical Group used to use manual spraying of antifreeze,which resulted in uneven coverage,low spraying efficiency,unstable quality,and large waste.In response to this situation,an automatic spray device for anti freezing liquid on railway coal transport vehicles was designed and applied in the loading station of Wangzhuang Coal Mine.It effectively prevented the occurrence of freezing accidents on coal transport vehicle skins,saved manpower and material resources,reduced personnel labor intensity,improved coal loading efficiency,and achieved the goal of"zero freezing vehicle".
