摘  要:针对某石化企业多次发生低压电动机因保护动作导致停机故障的问题,研究了提高低压电动机微机保护装置可靠性的关键措施,在明确影响低压电动机微机保护装置准确率主要原因的基础上,通过针对性的措施进行优化与改进,并完成了低压电动机微机保护装置主要参数的设定,大大提高了低压电动机微机保护装置可靠性。In response to the problem of multiple shutdown faults of low-voltage motors caused by protection actions in a certain petrochemical enterprise,key measures to improve the reliability of low-voltage motor microcomputer protection devices were studied.Based on clarifying the main reasons that affect the accuracy of low-voltage motor microcomputer protection devices,targeted measures were taken to optimize and improve,and the main parameters of low-voltage motor microcomputer protection devices were set,Greatly improved the reliability of low-voltage motor microcomputer protection devices.
