摘  要:围绕山西阳泉某热电厂35MW发电机组排粉机振动问题进行研究,基于排粉机振动规律和特点基础上,针对排粉机振动原因进行分析,并进行技术改进处理。优化排粉机运行方式使排粉机顺利并网,满足排粉机带满负荷运行要求,解决了排粉机振动问题,保证了发电机组的安全稳定运行。A study was conducted on the vibration problem of the 35MW power generation unit's exhaust fan in a thermal power plant in Yangquan,Shanxi.Based on the vibration laws and characteristics of the exhaust fan,the reasons for the vibration of the exhaust fan were analyzed and technical improvements were made.Optimizing the operation mode of the powder exhauster ensures smooth grid connection,meets the requirements for full load operation of the powder exhauster,solves the vibration problem of the powder exhauster,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the generator set.
