摘  要:为解决1203工作面坚硬煤层采煤机破煤难题,对当前采煤机的割煤现状进行分析,发现存在截齿磨损及遗失严重、采煤机机身振动强烈、割煤速度慢、效率低等问题,并对采场支架-围岩耦合关系展开研究。在工业性试验阶段,针对来压期间和正常回采期间实施不同的围岩控制模式;截齿损耗及采煤机故障率显著下降,技术经济效益显著。In order to solve the coal breaking problem of the hard coal seam shearer in the 1203 working face,the current coal cutting status of the shearer is analyzed.It is found that there are problems such as severe cutting tooth wear and loss,strong vibration of the shearer body,slow coal cutting speed,and low efficiency.Then,the coupling relationship between the support and surrounding rock in the mining area is studied.In the industrial testing stage,different rock control modes are implemented for the weighting period and normal mining period.At the same time,the loss of cutting teeth and the failure rate of coal mining machines have significantly decreased,resulting in significant technical and economic benefits.
