摘 要:由于山西某矿大采高工作面液压支架自动化跟机系统动作偏慢,生产效率低,针对工作面的液压支架自动化跟机系统进行设计优化,经由仿真分析验证了其优化效果,并在此基础上进行了现场应用。应用表明:液压支架动作平稳流畅,片帮以及堆煤问题得到了解决,液压系统运行稳定,提高了大采高工作面液压支架的跟机自动化水平。Due to the slow operation and low production efficiency of the hydraulic support automatic tracking system in a large mining height working face of a certain mine in Shanxi,design optimization was carried out for the hydraulic support automatic tracking system in the working face.The optimization effect was verified through simulation analysis,and on-site application was carried out on this basis.The application has shown that the hydraulic support operates smoothly and smoothly,and the problems of lining and coal stacking have been solved.The hydraulic system operates stably,improving the automation level of the hydraulic support in the large mining height working face.
