摘 要:针对通风机手动操作调速存在调速效率低、能耗高的问题,设计了一种以PLC控制器为基础的变频调速方案。该方案应用可编程控制器PLC来有效控制变频器,进而实现调节通风机通风量。经计算与应用验证表明:通风机变频调速技术与手动操作调速相比,调速效率更高、更节能,取得了较好的经济效益。In view of the shortcomings of low speed regulation efficiency and high energy consumption in manual operation of fan speed regulation,a frequency conversion speed regulation scheme based on PLC controller was designed,in which a programmable controller PLC was used to effectively control the frequency converter,thereby realizing the regulation of fan ventilation.Calculation and application verification showed that compared with manual operation speed regulation,the frequency conversion speed regulation technology for fan speed regulation has higher speed regulation efficiency and more energy saving,After applying the frequency conversion speed regulation technology,and good economic benefits have been achieved.
