古镇空间生长及协同发展引导——以陕南古镇为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国城镇化水平的提高,以及文化旅游、政策驱动等因素的影响,许多古镇空间不断生长,承载着丰富地域文化的老区域及富有现代感的新区域共同形成当前城镇的风貌。文章首先以协同发展一般规律及古镇生长一般逻辑为基础,建构了古镇人地产协同发展的分析框架。其次以陕南古镇为研究对象,从人口、土地、产业等方面对陕南古镇的生长特征进行归纳总结,并从协同视角对人地产互动作用下的古镇发展进行检视。最后提出多主体协调下的社会发展策略、适应于自然环境的空间发展策略、基于精细化利用的产业发展策略以促进陕南古镇的协同发展。In recent years,with the improvement of China's urbanization level and the influence of factors such as cultural tourism and policy drivers,the construction land of many ancient towns has continued to grow.The old areas with rich regional culture and the new areas with modern together form the current town style.Based on the general rule of synergy development and the general logic of the growth of ancient towns,this paper provides an analytical framework for the coordinated development of population,land and economy in ancient towns.Secondly,taking ancient towns in southern Shaanxi as an example,the author summarizes the growth characteristics of ancient towns in southern Shaanxi from the aspects of population,land and economy,and examined the development of ancient towns from a collaborative perspective.Finally,the article proposes social development strategies under multi-subject coordination,spatial development strategies adapted to the natural environment and economic development strategies based on meticulous use to promote the coordinated development of ancient towns in southern Shaanxi.
