摘  要:针对矿山大直径深孔落矿嗣后充填采矿工艺矿房布置情况及结构参数,运用FLAC3D软件进行数值模拟计算,对两种不同充填配比方案的充填体进行应力场、塑性区、位移场分析,结果表明:在保证充填体稳定性、安全性的同时,充填灰砂比可以由1∶4调整至1∶6,从而降低充填成本;对原设计在充填体中布置巷道回采二步骤矿房的方式会因巷道开挖导致充填体内部塑性变形,从而引发冒顶、垮塌等不利现象;根据模拟结果对二步骤矿房底部结构进行了设计优化,设计采用漏斗式、堑沟式、平底结构布置,充分保障了矿房回采的安全。In view of the layout and structural parameters of the large-diameter and deep-hole caving with subsequent filling mining process,FLAC3Dsoftware was used for numerical simulation calculation,and the stress field,plastic zone and displacement field of the filling body with two different filling proportion schemes were analyzed.The results show that the filling cement-sand ratio can be adjusted from 1∶4to 1∶6while ensuring the stability and safety of the filling body,so as to reduce the filling cost.In the original design,arranging roadway to mine two-step room in the filling body will lead to plastic deformation inside the filling body due to roadway excavation,which will result in adverse phenomena such as roof fall and collapse.According to the simulation results,the design and optimization of the bottom structure of the two-step mining room were carried out.The design adopted funnel type,trench type and flat bottom structure for layout,which fully guaranteed the safety of the mining room.
