摘  要:无贫化放矿中采场结构参数的选取决定着矿石回采率的高低。为此,以某石膏矿为工程背景,采用平底堑沟底部结构回采矿石,通过正交试验和SPSS多元线性回归方程分析平底堑沟结构中崩落矿石高度、堑沟间距、出矿穿脉间距3个参数对矿石回采率的影响程度。结果表明:矿石回采率随着崩落矿石高度增大而增大,随着堑沟间距和出矿穿脉间距的增大而减小;当崩落矿石高度为30cm、堑沟间距为12 cm、出矿穿脉间距为8cm时矿石回采率最高。在此基础上,进行试验验证,发现矿石回采率随着崩落矿石高度的增加而增大,崩落矿石高度大于15cm时放矿过程中相邻放矿口互相影响,采用交替式多次放矿可降低放矿影响。现场应用效果良好,无贫化放矿的矿石回采率为43.49%,比原房柱法开采提高了13.02个百分点。The selection of stope structure parameters in no-dilution ore drawing determines the recovery rate of ore.Therefore,taking agypsum mine as the engineering background,the bottom structure of the flat-bottom trench was used to recover the ore.The orthogonal test and SPSS multivariate linear regression equation were used to analyze the influences of the height of the caved ore,the trench spacing and ore veins spacing on the ore recovery rate.The results are concluded as following.The ore recovery rate increases with the increase of the height of the caved ore,and decreases with the increase of the trench spacing and ore veins spacing.When the height of the caved ore is 30cm,the trench spacing is 12cm,and the ore veins spacing is 8 cm,the ore recovery rate is the highest.On this basis,the experimental verification shows that the ore recovery rate increases with the increase of the height of the caved ore.When the height of the caved ore is greater than 15cm,the adjacent ore outlets affect each other in the ore drawing process,and the alternate ore drawing at multiple times can reduce the ore drawing effect.The field application effect is good,and the ore recovery rate of no-dilution ore drawing is 43.49%,which is 13.02percentage points higher than that of the original room and pillar mining.
