摘 要:为研究平煤六矿戊8上保护层开采遗留煤柱对被保护层回采的影响,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测结合的方法,研究了遗留煤柱的影响范围和极限强度、煤柱遗留区的应力分布、煤柱影响区和卸压保护区内的瓦斯参数等。结果表明:遗留煤柱的影响范围为8.5m,极限强度为28.36 MPa;煤柱遗留区倾向范围内应力峰值在遗留煤柱中心线正下方,为83.2MPa,应力集中系数为3.5;煤柱坍塌后煤柱影响区应力集中的现象不明显,遗留煤柱相较于原始煤柱高度变小,占原始煤柱高度的54%;煤柱影响区内测得的钻屑量S值和钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q值与卸压保护区相比差距很小,且煤柱影响区的瓦斯释放率在50%以上。保护层开采遗留煤柱范围内的保护效果在倾向上具有连续性,对被保护层工作面回采影响较小。In order to study the influence of the residual coal pillar mined in the fifth-8upper protective layer of No.6mine of Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Mining Company on the recovery of the protected layer,the influence range and ultimate strength of the residual coal pillar,the stress distribution of the coal pillar,as well as the gas parameters in the coal pillar affected area and the pressure relief protection area were studied by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site measurement.The results show that the influence range of the residual coal pillar is 8.5mand the ultimate strength is 25.9 MPa.The stress peak within the tendency range of the residual coal pillar is directly below the centerline of the residual coal pillar,which is 83.2 MPa,and the stress concentration coefficient is 3.5.After the collapse of the coal pillar,the stress concentration in the coal pillar affected area is not obvious,and the height of the residual coal pillar is smaller than that of the original coal pillar,accounting for 54%of the height of the original coal pillar.The gap between the measured drilling cuttings Svalue and the initial velocity q value of the borehole in the coal pillar affected area and the pressure relief protection area is very small and the gas release rate in the coal pillar affected area is more than 50%.The protection effect within the scope of the residual coal pillars in the protective layer mining is continuous in the tendency,and has little effect on the recovery of the protective layer working surface.
