摘  要:针对中厚矿体废石胶结充填体强度异质分布问题,以废石、水泥、水为充填材料,开展废石胶结充填配比试验及相似模拟试验,结合曲面响应法分析不同区域充填体强度的空间分布特征,并应用于实际工程。结果表明,当最佳配比中水灰比为3∶2,灰废比为1∶10时,充填体试块28d强度为2.2MPa;相似模型内呈现充填体强度四周高、中间低的非均质现象,采场两帮形成高强度的“充填体外壳”并提高了充填体的整体性。此外,基于相似模拟试验开展直淋式废石胶结充填工艺研究与应用,发现-150mm全粒级废石+水泥浆直淋式废石胶结充填适用于破碎中厚矿体的安全开采。Aiming at the problem of intensity heterogeneous distribution of strength of waste rock cemented filling body in medium-thick ore bodies,waste rock,cement and water were used as filling materials to carry out waste rock cemented filling ratio and similar simulation test.The spatial distribution characteristics of the strength of filling body in different regions were analyzed by surface response method,and applied to practical engineering.The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 3∶2and the ash-waste stone ratio is 1∶10,28dstrength of the filling body test block is 2.2MPa.In the similar model,there is a heterogeneous phenomenon of high strength around the filling body and low strength in the middle.The two sides of the mining field form a high-strength“filling body shell”and improve the integrity of the filling body.In addition,based on the similar simulation test,the research and application of the direct leaching waste rock cemented filling process were carried out.It was found that-150mm full-size waste rock with cement slurry direct leaching waste rock cemented filling was suitable for safe mining of fractured and medium-thick ore bodies.
