摘  要:针对尾砂浓密脱水困难、沉降速率慢、底流质量分数低等问题,以尾砂质量分数、絮凝剂单耗、絮凝剂溶液浓度为自变量因素,以底流质量分数和沉降速度为研究指标,采用响应面Box-Behnken设计17组配比试验,构建二次多项式回归模型,综合方差分析和响应曲面分析,探究单因素和多因素交互作用对尾砂絮凝沉降效果的影响,根据Numencial模块优化,确定最优絮凝沉降参数。研究结果表明:底流质量分数和沉降速度的单因素影响显著性排序从大到小为尾砂质量分数、絮凝剂单耗、絮凝剂溶液浓度,尾砂质量分数和絮凝剂单耗的交互作用是影响絮凝沉降效果的最显著性因素。尾砂絮凝沉降的最优试验参数组合为尾砂质量分数19.6%、絮凝剂单耗26.05g/t,絮凝剂溶液浓度0.45%,此条件下底流质量分数为63.98%,沉降速度为18.1cm/min。Aiming at the problems of difficult thickening and dewatering of tailings,slow sedimentation rate and low underflow mass fraction,the tailings mass fraction,flocculant unit consumption and flocculant solution concentration were taken as independent variable factors,and the underflow mass fraction and sedimentation velocity were used as research indexes.The response surface Box-Behnken design was used to design 17groups of proportioning tests,and a quadratic polynomial regression model was constructed.Comprehensive variance analysis and response surface analysis were used to explore the influences of tailings on flocculation and sedimentation effect under single factor and multi-factor interaction.According to Numencial module optimization,the optimal flocculation and sedimentation parameters were determined.The results show that the significant order of the single factors affecting the underflow mass fraction and sedimentation velocity is tailings mass fraction,flocculant unit consumption and flocculant solution concentration from large to small.The interaction between tailings mass fraction and flocculant unit consumption is the most significant factor affecting the flocculation and sedimentation effect.The optimal experimental parameters for the flocculation and sedimentation of tailings are tailings mass fraction of 19.6%,flocculant unit consumption of 26.05g/t,and flocculant solution concentration of 0.45%.Under this condition,the underflow mass fraction is 63.98%,and the sedimentation velocity is 18.1cm/min.
